-18°C to -20°C: freezer truck this service
Frozen meat and poultry, frozen seafood, frozen vegetables, bakery dough and frozen ready meals. -18°C is the standard set point for frozen food in storage and transport.
Below -20°C: tell us before booking
Ice cream, some seafood and certain medical consignments need deeper temperatures. Share your set point when you request a quote and we will confirm which unit can hold it.

What temperature do your freezer trucks hold?
Our freezer trucks hold frozen cargo at -18°C, the standard set point for frozen food in storage and transport, and can run as low as -20°C. If your product needs a deeper temperature, tell us the set point when you request a quote and we will confirm which unit can hold it.
What is the difference between a freezer truck and a chiller truck?
A chiller truck keeps fresh goods between 0°C and +8°C without freezing them. A freezer truck keeps frozen goods at -18°C or colder. Fresh meat, dairy and produce go in a chiller truck; frozen meat, seafood, ice cream and frozen meals go in a freezer truck.
Which freezer truck size do I need?
A 3-ton freezer truck carries about 4 to 6 Euro pallets, a 5-ton about 8 to 10, and a 10-ton about 12 to 14. Choose by pallet count first, because frozen loads usually fill the box by volume before they reach the weight limit
